What has 2020 done to your vision? Is it time to get your eyes examined?

Factors Impacting Your Vision

Thoughts – Just as the functions of your physical eyes are controlled by your brain, your ability to get a vision for every area of life will be determined by your thoughts. You are constantly bombarded with messages. It’s up to you to clear what I call the “brain storm” to remove every obstacle.

Habits – There are muscles that control your sight. Ever heard of “muscle memory”? That’s when you perform an action over and over until you can do it without even being aware of it. Your response has become an instinct. Under pressure, you won’t have to think about it. You will simply respond and perform. Your day in and day out behaviors are the muscles that power your vision.

Beliefs – The messages sent from your brain to make your eyes work are carried by nerves. In the context of your vision, I think that your core beliefs form a network that transmits your ideas, fuels your daily behaviors, and aligns what’s in your head, your heart, and your steps.

Trauma – All of life’s issues can cause deep scars that weaken your resolve, test your faith, and dim your light. Trouble is designed to make you squint, create blind spots, or abort your mission completely.
